following locations. Click on the location below for housing instructions.
How do I request housing?

Complete the Statewide AHEC Support Form and select “Housing” as the Service Requested

Complete the AHEC Housing Agreement

Complete the Housing Attestation Form

Please email completed forms to Jennifer Frazier
Housing is reserved on a first-come-first-served basis as space is available with priority given to primary care rotations and students who attend Georgia-based educational institutions.
