I joined the staff of Three Rivers AHEC in December of 2005 after working with the Columbus Housing Authority for five years. As the Continuing Education Coordinator, I am responsible for assessing the continuing educational needs of the health care professionals in 28 rural and medically-underserved counties of West Central Georgia and providing programs that will improve the quality of patient care, increase competencies of providers, and meet the clinical licensure requirements.

I have worked closely with other healthcare professionals with planning and implementing several continuing educational programs over the past couple of years. I have an Associates Degree in Applied Science from Georgia Military College in Milledgeville, Georgia and I am currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Business at Columbus State University.
